In partnership with all institutional stakeholders, the Office of Human Resources is committed to maximizing the value of Merrimack College’s greatest asset, its Human Capital through the creation of a culture, infrastructure, policies and programs that enable the College to recruit, develop, reward and retain an exceptional workforce aligned with and enabled t complete the College’s strategic initiatives and support its values.  Human Resources will add value as a partner while consistently striving to balance the business needs of the institution with the rights and dignity of each individual.
