Reservation Policy Agreement 

For all events and room reservations on the Merrimack College campus, please complete our FACILITY RESERVATION REQUEST FORM.

We will evaluable your facility request and respond on the status of your request within 72 hours of your completion of the request form.  Completion of this application does not imply approval from Merrimack College Conference & Events.

Events requiring support services (audio-visual, set-up / floor plans, police services and food services) must provide a minimum of 2) week advance notice. Reservations not requiring support services must be received 72 hours in advance. Facility requests not made in accordance with this policy may be denied approval by the office of Conference & Event Services.

As a requestor, you are responsible for any and all fees and charges incurred for special needs for your event such as food service, alcohol requests, furniture and special equipment rentals and police details.

Merrimack College faculty and staff hosting/sponsoring events for OUTSIDE groups will be assessed facility rental and associated fees based on the Merrimack College facility rental fees.

All student reservation requests are subject to the approval of the Director of Student Activities/Campus Center

NOTE TO: EXTERNAL GROUPS:
REQUIREMENT: EXTERNAL GROUPS MUST SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE, LISTING MERRIMACK COLLEGE AS ‘ADDITIONALLY INSURED' UPON CONTRACT AGREEMENT.
