Alumni Association Adopts New Constitution

The Merrimack College Alumni Association (MCAA) engaged in a strategic planning initiative that resulted in a new alumni constitution.  This process identified a new leadership structure and helped to identify the regions in which we have seen significant growth over the past few years.  In an effort to engage Alumni from coast to coast the United States has been divided into multiple regions that will be represented by regional directors.  These directors will sit on the Executive Board of the Association and report on activities within their region and work with individual areas as they develop regional programs.

The new Constitution also outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Executive Committee, the Regional Directors and the Association Committees.   It has been vetted by the current Executive Committee and the Alumni Relations Advisory Committee and is now submitted to the entire Association for endorsement.
