Alumni Ambassadors
Merrimack College’s Alumni Ambassadors are alumni volunteers who assist the Office of Admission by representing the College to undergraduate prospective students and school representatives. Alumni Ambassadors espouse the ideals of Merrimack College. You can help by promoting Merrimack College to prospective students at recruiting events.
The Office of Admissions is seeking ambassadors to play a vital role in the admission process. Your commitment may include:
- Identifying potential applicants
- Providing information about Merrimack College to students during informational interviews.
- Serving as a local resource to students and families in your area.
- Promoting Merrimack College within your community.
- Encouraging admitted students to enroll through phone and/or email contact.
- Providing a Merrimack College presence at college fairs and off-campus receptions.
You can assist the office by representing your alma mater at a college fair. Your commitment will help shape the future success of Merrimack College. Attending a college fair in your area can assist us in communicating the value of a Merrimack College degree. College fairs are a great opportunity for students and their families to talk with many college representatives and to learn more about the college admission process.
If you would like to represent your alma mater, please contact Patricia Bowman-Skeffington, Admission Counselor at 978-837-5000 ext 4475 or email Patricia.BowmanSkeffington@merrimack.edu.
