All of the members of the Office of Financial Aid are knowledgeable and willing to be of assistance to you. For specific questions, please contact one of the staff members below:

Christine A. Mordach - Director of Student Financial Assistance and Scholarship christine.mordach@merrimack.edu
Please contact the Director regarding questions or suggestions on how better to meet the mission of financial aid which serves parents, students, the College and community.

Penny King - Associate Director of Financial Aid and Director of Student Employment penelope.king@merrimack.edu
Penny will help you with Pell Grants, state grants, filing and correcting the FAFSA application, dependency status, and the student employment program.

Linda Cimmino - Loan Officer

Linda will help parents and students with questions relating to the federal and alternative loan programs as well as assisting them in processing these loans through the Merrimack College financial aid web page.

Lee White - Administrative Assistant

Coordinates the activities in the Office of Financial Aid. She will be happy to answer your general questions or schedule an appointment for you.

Paula Gagnon - Assistant Director of Financial Aid

Coordinates collecting the FAFSA verification documentation and compliance in the Office of Financial Aid. Paula will be happy to answer your general questions regarding financial aid.

The Office of Financial Aid is located on the campus of Merrimack College in Room 15B of Austin Hall. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Summer business hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 (noon) p.m.  We can be reached by telephone at (978) 837-5186, by fax at (978) 837-5067 or e-mail the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@merrimack.edu.
