Political Science Honor Society

Political Science majors who have completed four courses in the major and attained certain minimum GPAs in both the major and overall are invited to apply for admission to the Merrimack Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the discipline's national honor society. The Political Science Honor Society offers students with diverse political interest opportunities to get involved with the political process, and provides opportunities to network and be active in the community. College Democrats

The Merrimack College Democrats is a political organization whose objective is to provide the College community access to voter education materials and political participation opportunities. The organization, which is affiliated with the national Democratic Party, sponsors voter registration drives, political debates and speeches, as well as provides assistance to local and state candidates during election years.
