Minor Requirements

A student may also elect to minor in economics. A minor requires five courses consisting of the two semester courses in Principles of Economics, Intermediate Microeconomics or Intermediate Macroeconomics and two courses selected from the course listings under the economics major designation.

Economic majors and minors who have taken either the Introduction to Economics (ECO 1201) or the Introduction to Economic Perspectives (ECO 1202) course may count these as one of their economic electives.
