Yes, absolutely. Here at the campus PO you can purchase 1, 2, 7, 10, 100, even 1000 stamps. Whatever amount you wish, plus a good assortment to choose from.

2. How much does it cost to send an International package?

Well, it really depends on the weight of the package and where it is going. We’d be happy to help package and ship it out for you, so bring it by.

3. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do. We accept all major credit/debit cards. You can even use your campus cash card!

4. What are your hours?

Our window hours are from 8:30am ‘till 4:00 pm.

5. Are you open on Saturdays?

We are not open on Saturdays, but if you need an urgent package delivered on Saturdays, you can make arrangements with Police Services and you can have it delivered there.

6. I forgot my key, I have my ID. Can you get my mail for me?

Students are required to have a key to access the mailbox since Postal regulations prevent staff from opening mailboxes.

7. Why do I get this person’s mail in my box?

While your box is yours for the time you’re a resident, someone had that box before you. While we do strive to be 100% accurate, which includes putting your name on the inside of your box for our sorters to see, sometimes in our haste to get you the mail as fast as possible, we put the mail in the wrong box. Please know that we are sorry this occasionally happens and work to make sure it never happens. Please just return these letters to the window with an explanation.

8. I’ve lost my mail key. How do I get a new one?

Just come to the Post Office and sign up for a new one. It’s $25 dollars, which is billed to your account. We’ll make a new key for you as soon as possible.

9. How often is the mail sent out? When does the mail come in?

The mail leaves here twice a day. There’s no difference between our early afternoon pickup or our late afternoon pickup. It all gets out at the same time at the processing center in North Reading.

However, it is best to get larger than usual parcels to us by noon.

Mail arrives at the college between 7:30 a.m. and 10: 30 a.m. It is generally all sorted out by early afternoon, depending on volume.

10. How do I pick up a package?

When a package arrives for you it is obviously too big to fit in your mailbox. We then fill out a yellow package pick up slip and put in your box. Bring the”Golden Ticket” to the PO window, with your ID, and we’ll get your package for you.
