Campus Mail

Postage is not required to send mail on campus.
On-campus mail for students must have mail stop numbers. Student mail stop numbers are found in the campus phone directory, and on the CARS System.
Very large mailings for students on campus (such as to an entire class year), must be provided in mailbox order.
Flyers for student boxes must advertise an event or promote a service that is directly related to Merrimack College. It must also be approved by the Postmaster, based on content. The department or organization that generates the flyers, with prior notice to the Post Office, must distribute flyers to student boxes.
