Job Description:

The HVAC/Technician will perform repairs, adjustments, and installation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment to assure safe and reliable system operations.  Duties include implementing and maintaining a comprehensive preventive maintenance program; maintaining a logbook on all refrigerants in compliance with federal, state, local laws and codes; and maintaining inventory of materials and parts.  Minimum five years experience, valid refrigeration technician’s license issued by Commonwealth of Mass, valid certificate as certified refrigerant reclaimer, CORI and pre-employment physical are required.  This is a full time, 40 hours per week, fiscal year position.
