Job Description:

The department of Health Sciences invites applications for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor.  The position requires a doctorate in medically related sciences and demonstrated excellence in college teaching (2-3 years experience preferred). Teaching responsibilities may include anatomy and physiology, exercise science/physiology, pathophysiology.  Candidates with clinical training, ACSM/CSCS certification and experience in community-based research/service are encouraged to apply. The candidate is expected to engage in scholarly activity and professional service.  Demonstrated success in obtaining grant support is preferred.  The Department offers degree programs in athletic training, health science and sports medicine and educates students for a variety of productive careers in health sciences and human performance.
