Resident Student Telecommunications Services:

Merrimack College has selected Paetec Communications to provide long distance telephone services for students. Paetec Communications offers a simplified calling program with outstanding quality and affordability to truly meet your needs.

Using the Merrimack Personal Billing Number (PBN) from campus, you will pay one rate at all times with no hidden charges. Your Paetec packet and PBN will be mailed to you during the summer. Your PBN will be active and ready to use when you arrive on campus. Student Audix Voicemail:

A personal Audix voice mailbox is available to students by request at no additional monthly cost.

Please forward your request for Audix voicemail to patricia.druid@merrimack.edu .  Please include your full name and your resident building and room. Your audix number and instructions will be emailed to your college email address.
