New Chief Retention Officer

Jennifer DiStefano, the current registrar for Merrimack College, has taken on new responsibilities at the College.

DiStefano will now also coordinate and integrate campus-wide efforts to improve student retention as the chief retention officer. 

“It is expected that by capitalizing on existing resources we will be able to intervene with students earlier and more effectively, thereby increasing the likelihood of student success,” said DiStefano.

A resident of Salem, Mass., Jennifer earned a B.A. from Elms College and an M.S. from Boston College.  She has been registrar at Merrimack College since 2006.
