Merrimack Names New Director of Accounting

Caitlin Blundell, C.P.A. was recently appointed the new director of accounting for Merrimack College. She began her position on January 4, 2010.

Blundell will serve as a key member of the management team with focus on the management of financial reporting, budget preparation, and the day-to-day accounting operations of the College.

Blundell comes to Merrimack from Price Waterhouse Coopers where she was a supervising senior associate. She has significant experience with both non-profit organizations and higher education institutions with a client list including the Museum of Fine Arts, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Wellesley College, and Boston University.

Blundell is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.), and holds an M.S. in accounting from Boston College, and a B.S. in accounting and finance from Syracuse University. She currently resides in Windham, N.H.
