Merrimack Remembers 9/11

Merrimack College is holding a September 11th Memorial Service on Friday, September 11 at 5 p.m. in front of Sakowich Campus Center. All are welcome.

The following events will take place:

• Opening remarks by Kelci Adams, Class of 2012;
• Invocation by Fr. James Wenzel, O.S.A.;
• Pledge of Allegiance by Ashley Harris, Class of 2012;
• National Anthem by Emily Madoff, Class fo 2013;
• Presentation of the Colors by Massachusetts Army National Guard;
• Taps by John Collins;
• Remarks by President Ronald Champagne;
• Police Remarks by Lt. Thomas Murphy of Merrimack College's Police Services;
• Slide Show: "When the World Stopped Turning" by Kelci Adams;
• Candlelight Vigil and Amazing Grace performed by Brian Colby, Class of 2011;
• Benediction by Fr. William Waters
