$25K Gift for Student Scholarship
Karl Gladstone, a member of Merrimack College’s Board of Trustees, recently gave a $25,000 gift to provide scholarships for students who attend Merrimack College.
The gift will further build on the two endowed scholarships that Karl and his wife, Joyce, Gladstone established and funded at Merrimack College: one in their name in 2002, and one in memory of their son Richard in 1992. With this recent $25,000 gift, the two scholarships combined have a value of over $130,000.
“We are endlessly grateful for Karl’s continuous support of Merrimack and its students over the years,” said Merrimack College President Ronald Champagne. “He understands that financing an education can be difficult, and provides much needed help to those students who don’t have the means to pursue a college degree. His contributions have helped many and we wholeheartedly thank him for that.”
